For WARM, a company that specializes in monitoring radio plays for artists, I provided strategic guidance to the founder, equipping him with the skills to create Minimum Promotable Products (MPPs) for his future ideas. By teaching him this approach, I enabled him to develop and test concepts independently, without the immediate need for developers. This hands-on training empowered him to take a proactive role in shaping WARM's innovation pipeline, accelerating the company's ability to refine and launch new features that support their mission of helping artists track and analyze their radio exposure globally.

For WARM, we conducted a one-on-one session with the founder, where we guided him through the process of creating MVPs using AI across several platforms. We also demonstrated how to connect these platforms with a database, giving him the tools to independently develop and test new ideas efficiently, without relying on a developer.
